“Coach Shiloh” Lanphear has been involved in sports for over 3 years in including Prep-Redzone Regional Scout for Washington State, and an Assistant Football Coach at several competitive programs. He is currently completing his Master's degree from Ball State University in Athletic Coaching and aims to coach in the NFL within the next decade. Coach Shiloh’s philosophy and coaching style are inspired by Pete Carroll of the Seattle Seahawks, John Wooden, and Bill Walsh. He believes that achieving excellence in the small things will teach athletes how to truly win forever. He currently resides near Seattle, WA with his wife Jessie and three kids - Giovanna, Manolo and Eliana.
