Roland is currently an employee of the San Francisco 49ers, 49ers Foundation, as an Event Revenue Associate. In this role Roland helped to drive revenue of $900K to support team charitable beneficiaries in support of its mission to educate and empower local youth. This support is conducted in multiple efforts (Dig for Gold Sales, 50/50 Raffles, and Auctions by selling unique items from team locker room.
Roland also is the Host of his own Sports Talk Show, The EXTRA Point. He has been broadcasted on ESPN Denver 1600AM and KLAA 830AM Los Angeles.
Previously, Roland was an apprentice with Ourlads NFL Scouting Services via SMWW-Ourlads Apprenticeship Program. He was educated and mentored by Dan Shonka, East-West Shrine Bowl Executive Director, and participated as a scout during the East-West Shrine Bowl practices 13-16 Jan 2020. He also earned his professional scouting certificate of Football General Manager and Scouting. He was educated and mentored by NFL Legend-John Wooten; Former Tampa Bay GM-Mark Dominik; NFL scout and author of GM Jr., Russ Lande. This comprehensive training included: NFL scouting techniques, NFL General Manager practices, statistical analysis, scouting reports, salary cap analysis, NFL Collective Bargaining Agreement, and basic video editing/coaches office.

Mission Statement: Roland possesses the ability to provide football agents, coaches, and general managers access to a library of credible talent evaluations/scouting reports that highlight a player's athletic abilities and mental readiness through qualitative assessments. His overall goal is to be employed as a scout or football player personnel by a NFL team.
