Nicholas Aiello

Nicholas Aiello is a 22-year-old college graduate with a bachelor’s degree in Sports Management from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. Nick has been involved in football since he was six years old and has playing experience from the youth level to the high school level. While in college, Nick joined the Amherst Youth Football team as the Head Football Coordinator while also being an assistant coach for both the Junior and Senior teams. He was responsible for organizing all the behind the scenes work between the team and the league as well as the game day operations.

After his internship with the youth team ended, Nick moved into an operations intern position with UMass Football. He stayed with the team for a season and a half until graduation working with the recruiting department and the operations department.

Upon his graduation, Nick moved to Northern New Jersey to begin his job as a game-day and events intern with the New York Jets. He has been with the team in a part-time capacity since April 2017. His responsibilities include setting up and preparing for all games and events held by the New York Jets, optimizing fan experience, and providing extra security for fans during each event.

Nick currently resides on Long Island where he is pursuing full-time employment with a football organization.
