SMWW has provided Michael an excellent education in sports management and mentorship. IFL Coach/Scout Michael currently resides in Illinois City, Illinois. His love of football and the NFL began in 1975 when he first saw his first game of Tom Landry and Roger Staubach of the Dallas Cowboys.

He is an avid collector of 30 years of NFL regular and post-season football games. Michael currently mentors individual athletes in indoor football in the IFL as they transition in their careers. Michael started his football career in the IFL league in arena football during the 2019 season with the Quad City Steamwheelers as a football scout.

Michael founded Marlier Consulting Services QCA while attending Western Illinois University in 2002. He also founded M&M Enterprises QCA in 2012 after leaving college. He has extensive knowledge and experience as a professional of 36 years in the workforce. Michael is a diversified professional in many fields and has a proven track record in the areas of education, medical, public safety, business management, conservation, contracting and sports in player development.

He has attended many colleges and university programs over the past three decades. Michael has completed nearly 100 courses. He is a graduate in Nursing, OSHA, Auto Collision, Human Resources, Environmental Sciences, Private Investigation, and Sports Management.

Michael currently is an IFL Pro Football Scout, Videographer in Varsity football at Assumption High School, and Football Apprentice working in Pro Scouting at the college level.

His current Quad City charities/donations are the Salvation Army, Goodwill, and the Boy Scouts of America (Illowa Council).
