Joseph Cuccia is a highly motivated individual with experience in and knowledge of multiple platforms in Baseball Operations. Baseball scout demonstrating expertise and broad ranging knowledge overseeing personnel development. A driven, self-starter who is adept at motivating players and getting results. He has been involved in youth baseball, travel ball and school ball for over 12 years. He is the current owner and operator of The Cage Sports Development Center, an indoor training facility on the east end of Long Island. He is also the GM and owner of The Eastern A’s travel ball Organization. As a coach and personal instructor his skills and knowledge of the game has brought him into the scouting world. He recently graduated from the GM/Scouting class through Sports Management Worldwide and is being mentored by former LA Dodgers GM and current Pacific Rim Scout for the Toronto Blue Jays, Dan Evans.
