Jalen Jenkins

Jalen graduated from Southern Wesleyan University in Central SC. There he studied Recreation and Sports Management while also participating on the Men's Basketball team there. Basketball has always been a passion for him since he was four years old. Jalen now has his Bachelor's degree and is looking to find a career in basketball. Soon after graduating, he volunteered as an assistant coach for his high school team in his hometown of seneca, South Carolina. He also enrolled in the SMWW basketball GM and scouting course, which was taught by former NBA Executive of the year, Mark Warkentien and managing partner of Net Scouts, Carl Berman. Jalen successfully passed the course and received his certificate. He then received an opportunity to be the head coach of his high school team for this eight week fall league. Jalen was still looking to gain more experience and expertise so he is now enrolled in the Net Scouts apprenticeship. He is hoping to use this course to find a career in scouting basketball players.
