David Monaco

David Monaco is a determined individual who is willing to go to any lengths to work in the NBA. He was born and raised in Toronto, Ontario with early ambitions of playing in the NBA. He has been involved with basketball in one way or another for most of his entire life. His youth experience in basketball consisted of playing at the highest level of basketball in Ontario, as well as AAU tournaments across the United States. His high school career showed promise, but it was unfortunately cut short due to a very serious injury. That injury taught him how to persevere, and overcome obstacles throughout his life.

David graduated from the University of Western Ontario with a Specialization in Financial Economics and a minor in Political Science. In September of 2018, he will begin a 1-year program at Humber College for Sports Business Management to enhance and refine his skills as an aspiring basketball professional. His dream is to become an NBA General Manager one day.

While obtaining his certificates in Basketball Analytics and Basketball GM & Scouting from Sports Management Worldwide, he learned from the some of the best industry professionals around the world. His experience playing the game, in combination with his ability to understand the game, gives him the confidence to continue his journey.
