Since a young age, Jr has always wanted to learn and grow as a player and student of the game. After completing his playing career, Jr gained a passion to evaluate basketball players. He started to research his options and found Sports Management Worldwide. Jr has gained so much knowledge from the Basketball GM and Scouting course, including from his mentorship with Mark Warkentien, NY Knicks Director Player Personnel and Dr. Lashbrook.

Jr has a network of basketball trainers that trains all levels of basketball, including overseas and the NBA. He hopes to progress his career through his own training and working within the development league on up through the ranks.
