Anthony George-Okoroafor is an experienced basketball executive with a strong background in talent evaluation, player development, and sports management. As the CEO of BetterGeorge Sport Management, he has honed his skills in scouting, contract negotiation, and helping athletes maximize their potential. Anthony is also a certified basketball agent, bringing a proven track record of success in identifying emerging talent and guiding them through their professional journeys.

A passionate advocate for player development, Anthony has extensive experience working with athletes to enhance their skills and improve their on-court performance. His expertise spans across talent evaluation, marketing and promotion, and network building, allowing him to offer comprehensive support to players at all stages of their careers.

Anthony’s education includes a degree in Sports Management (2024) from the SMWW Basketball Agent Program, as well as certifications in Basketball General Management and Scouting (2023) from SMWW. His academic foundation in Physical and Health Education (1999) from the Federal College of Education, Oyo, Nigeria, further solidifies his understanding of the holistic needs of athletes.

Anthony is currently focused on leveraging his skills within the SMWW Scout Program, where he seeks to provide high school and college players with in-depth skill evaluations and assessments. His ultimate goal is to continue fostering talent and driving success both on and off the court.
